ESTEEM
Preparing for life after college
Our ESTEEM program looks to both prepare for life as a Catholic after college, and foster a sense of community among other members from the senior class. Last year about 25 students from Penn & Drexel participated in our program, and it was a great experience.
The program consists of the following:
1 formation meeting a month (8/year): about different topics like Catholic social teaching, Christian leadership, connecting to a local Catholic community, etc.
Meet periodically with an assigned mentor (an active Catholic alumnus or adult who works in the field that they hope to enter).
Participate in a half-day retreat at the beginning of the school year.
Attend a weekend ESTEEM Capstone conference (w/ travel expenses being paid for).
